ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

youPCR® The youPCR® Solution B - Plant Sex assay is used in combination with youPCR® Solution A, youPCR® Solution C, and youPCR® Plant Sex Positive Control to detect the Sex of cannabis and hemp plants.

youPCR® assays use Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) to detect various genetic markers or plant pathogens in the cannabis plant. A positive result will cause the pink testing solution to turn yellow, indicating the target DNA sequence is present.

The youPCR® Solution B Plant Sex Assay can be used on most PCR Thermal Cyclers, and it must be used in combination with:

youPCR® Solution A (leaf hole punches included)
youPCR® Solution C
youPCR® Plant Sex Positive Control
Nuclease Free Water
