youPCR® Solution A (50 rxn pre-aliquoted)

youPCR® Solution A is packaged in 7 x 0.2 mL PCR 8-tube FLEX-FREE strips with attached optical cap strip for ease of use with 96 and miniPCR protocols. There are actually 56 total reactions in this "50 reaction” kit.

youPCR® Solution A is used to extract DNA from a cannabis leaf sample. youPCR® Solution A is required with all forms of youPCR® Solution B. If you are performing 2 or more Solution B tests per plant, you only need 1 Solution A DNA extraction. Over 10 Solution B tests can be run on a single Solution A extract.
