Quick Lysis Solution (96 rxn pre-aliquoted)

Quick Lysis Solution is packaged in 12 x 0.2 mL PCR 8-tube FLEX-FREE strips with attached optical cap strip in a 96-well plate for ease of use with 96 well protocols.

Quick Lysis is used to extract DNA from cannabis tissue for use with the FemINDICAtor® Plant Sex Detection Assay and select PathoSEEK qPCR/RT-qPCR Plant Pathogen Detection Assays. Please consult the "Sample Preparation Guide for PathoSEEK® qPCR Plant Pathogen
Detection Assays and FemINDICAtor® qPCR Plant Sex Detection
Assay" for guidance on when it is appropriate to use Quick Lysis.

Important Note: The Quick Lysis Solution cannot be used with any youPCR® assays.
