The SCCG Positive Control is used in conjunction with the SenSATIVAx® MIP/Extract DNA Extraction kit. When performing extractions on non-plant samples, this control acts as the extraction internal control for all samples in the qPCR assays. 1 uL of the reagent is used to create a 1:5,000 diluted mix. So 50uL will make 50 preps of the dilution.
