ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

The PathoSEEK® Tobacco Mosaic Virus Assay v2 Kit is a reverse-transcriptase quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR or QRT-PCR) assay that screens for the presence of Tobacco Mosaic Virus. This “kit” format packages the qPCR assay and Amplification Mix (RT-qPCR enzyme) together in quantities sufficient for 200 reactions for easier ordering.

This product is used with: 

  • Pure Prep or Quick Lysis DNA Lysis Reagents
  • Tobacco Mosaic Virus Positive Control

This product requires the following optical channels on your qPCR instrument.

  • Tobacco Mosaic Virus is on the FAM channel
  • Internal Control is on the HEX channel
