PathoSEEK® Powdery Mildew Detection Assay Kit v3

The PathoSEEK® Powdery Mildew Detection Assay Kit v3 Kit is used to detect powdery mildew on plants. The qPCR assay targets the following species: 

• Golovinomyces cichoracearum
• Golovinomyces spadiceus
• Golovinomyces ambrosiae

This “kit” format packages the qPCR assay and Amplification Mix together in quantities sufficient for 200 reactions for easier ordering.

PathoSEEK Detection Assays are multiplex tests based on gene amplification and detection by quantitative PCR. Each PathoSEEK Detection Assay contains primers and probes specific for the target species as well as an internal cannabis control. The target organisms will be read on the following fluorophores:

• Internal DNA Control - HEX
• Powdery Mildew - FAM
