PathoSEEK® Beet Curly Top Virus Detection Assay Kit

The PathoSEEK® Beet Curly Top Virus Detection Assay v2 screens for the presence of Beet Curly Top Virus in plants. 

This “kit” format packages the qPCR assay and Amplification Mix together in quantities sufficient for 200 reactions for easier ordering.

PathoSEEK Detection Assays are multiplex tests based on gene amplification and detection by quantitative PCR. Each PathoSEEK Detection Assay contains primers and probes specific for the target species as well as an internal DNA control. The target organisms will be read on the following fluorophores:

• Internal DNA Control - HEX
• Beet Curly Top Virus - FAM
