The Grim Reefer Assay is used in conjunction with the Grim Reefer Enzyme, Buffer, and Positive Control. The Assay is spiked into the qPCR reaction, post free DNA removal, to detect the GR Positive Control and confirm that the GR Enzyme was deactivated. The probe is detected in the Cy5 channel.
