MaGiC Stabilization Buffer is used in conjunction with MaGiC Lysis Reagent to extract DNA from flower and infused samples. The resulting DNA can then be used with select PathoSEEK qPCR Detection Assays. Please view the latest User Guide to see which PathoSEEK Assays are compatible with MaGiC Lysis.
