ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

The FemINDICAtor® Cannabis Sex Detection Assay Kit v3 is used to identify the presence of the Y chromosome in cannabis and/or hemp plants.

This “kit” format packages the qPCR assay and Amplification Mix together in quantities sufficient for 200 reactions for easier ordering.

FemINDICAtor is a multiplex test based on gene amplification and detection by quantitative PCR. The assay contains primers and probes specific for the target species as well as an internal control. The target will be read on the following fluorophores:

Internal DNA Control - HEX
Y Chromosome - FAM
